" All collections have been made in association with ectotrophic host trees including " Pinus " and " Quercus " species in southeastern North America and Central America, " Quercus humboldtii " in Colombia, various Fagaceae and Dipterocarpaceae species in Malaysia, and " Leptospermum " and " Pinus " species in New Zealand.
